Marketing and communications will help to achieve its goals, particularly internationally, at a time of significant change and increased competition in Higher Education.

Durham University Business School has expanded significantly in the last few years and has an aspiration to be ranked amongst Europe’s top 10 business schools.

The post of Communications Officer in the Business School presents a range of exciting challenges for a skilled professional experienced in raising the profile and managing the reputation of businesses and organisations through forward thinking and dynamic communications, planning a multi-channel content curation and development, as well as managing a small team.

The post holder will report directly to the Marketing Communications Manager in the Business School. They will also have a ‘dotted line’ report to the University’s Deputy Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure transparency and consistency across communications.
