Postgraduate Research Team

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new role in the Postgraduate Research Team in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. You will be responsible for leading on the administrative support (including financial) for specific Doctoral Training Entities (DTEs) within the Faculty, have oversight of other DTEs within the Faculty; provide dedicated support towards the development of applications for future DTEs; and support the development of doctoral training more generally. You will work collaboratively and liaise closely with administrators and academic leads at partner institutions and be the key administrative contact and financial lead in the Faculty for DTEs. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience); experience of Doctoral Training Entity administration or postgraduate research administration; experience of administering complex budgets, analysing complex data sets and communicating complex information to others; and an ability to interpret and absorb quickly new information and procedures relating to all aspects of the work and contribute accordingly. You should also have excellent time management and organisation skills.
