Student Systems Training Manager

Salary: £45,400 - £54,880 per annum (Fixed term until 31.08.2018)

Based in the Registry at Imperial College London, the Student Systems team are responsible for providing first line support for all Registry associated systems and related interfaces. They play a key role in the Student Information Management Programme (SIMP) of work currently being undertaken to replace the College’s applicant and student administration system. This programme will provide the College with the single source of truth for the student academic lifecycle, transform business processes and provide improvements to the student and staff experience at Imperial.

The Student Systems Training Manager will support the phased roll-out of the new College-wide student information system and associated software focused on ICT systems and business process improvements.

The post holder will work closely with Registry colleagues, academic departments and the SIMP team to create business readiness plans and embed new ways of working in the College. Building excellent stakeholder relationships, supporting changes to business processes and IT systems and reviewing service delivery is essential within this role. This role is a fixed term position.

The College cannot normally apply for a Certificate of Sponsorship for this post under Tier 2 of the UKVI’s Points Based System.
