Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology

University of Lincoln - Sport and Exercise Science

The School of Sport and Exercise Science was established in 2006 and delivers multidisciplinary programmes. It is performing well within the UK and was placed 19th out of 78 Institutions in the 2018 Times Good University Guide and 6th for the Student Experience in the National Student Survey in 2016. The developing research strategy recently led to the School’s first highly successful REF submission. Facilities include a specialist Human Performance Centre with state-of-the-art equipment. The two key priorities within the School are teaching and research. Taught undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, as well as postgraduate research, are offered across a range of sport-related subjects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School to appoint an Early Career Sport and Exercise Psychologist due to the growth of student numbers and programmes within the School. The successful candidate will join a team committed to providing excellent teaching to prepare students for employment, alongside developing their research profile and producing high impact research. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, innovative and has excellent communication skills.
