Institute Administrator

University College London - UCL The Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic administrator to join the administrative team to support the Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering. They will be responsible for the Institute’s communications, including its website, social media, drafting printed materials, and organising and running events. The post holder will also provide PA support to the Institute’s Director and Deputy Director.

Our ideal candidate is expected to be educated to A Level or equivalent, or have equivalent experience (university level or with equivalent experience is desirable), and have a strong interest in higher education. They will have excellent communications skills, experience with using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign professionally, and PA experience.
