The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £23,879 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

The Widening Participation Coordinator (Pre-16) is responsible for administration of the King’s Scholars Scheme and associated pre-16 outreach activities targeted at young learners. The post holder will also contribute to the smooth running of the wider department and provide ad hoc support to senior management including diary management. The role holder will also help to deliver activities and events including our year 6 portfolio, ad-hoc school visits and student ambassador training.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills and will be able to communicate complex information to a range of audiences. The post holder will have experience of working with children and young people and will be able to work effectively with schools, students, academics and professional services members of staff.

The selection process will include competency based questions, a presentation and a panel interview.
