Bangor University - School of Environment, Natural Resources and Geography

Applications are invited for the above full time fixed-term post working in the School of Environment, Natural Resources & Geography.

Candidates should be educated to PhD standard or have equivalent experience in a relevant area e.g. water engineering, water resources technology, environmental sciences. The project requires immediate assistance with a whole suite of technical, environmental, and economic data from networks within Wales and Ireland. The appointed person will be required to manage the project team at Bangor University (which consists of academics and full-time researchers), as well as provide a pivotal link between project partners in Trinity College Dublin. The scheme has been part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Ireland Wales Cooperation programme.

The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible and the post is available until 31/08/2021.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
