An opportunity has arisen to work with senior academic staff and colleagues in the HaSS Faculty Office to develop and support the experience of Doctoral Training Partnership-funded students in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. You would be working with staff and award-holders to enhance: access to and experience of high quality placements, engagement with joint institutional training and development opportunities, and support of PGR studentship-related work that is of strategic importance through a variety of means. These will include, but not be limited to, consultation events with relevant internal and external networks of contacts across a wide range of partnerships, and developing and maintaining new communication channels.

You should be educated to degree level and ideally have a knowledge of policy and practice relating to Research Councils UK postgraduate studentships and funding opportunities. You should have well developed organisational, communication and team-working skills; and experience of working on cross-institutional projects in higher education.
