Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly effective project administrator with experience of marketing, communications and event management to join our Enterprise Europe Network project team, to support delivery of UCL’s role in the EEN project. The Enterprise Europe Networ k (EEN) brings together 600 partner organisations in more than 50 countries to help business innovate, grow and succeed in the European marketplace.

The role holder will perform a wide range of administrative, communication and marketing activities that together provide essential support to the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) team, based within business and Innovation Partnerships in UCL Innovation and Enterprise. In particular the role holderwill play a major role in event management and in facilitating the timely tracking of project performance for reporting purposes. The job also demands a good business sense, and a strongcustomer-facing ethos to enable the post-holder to deal directly with enquiries from companies andother external bodies. The post-holder will also contribute generally to the effectiveness of the EENteam in responding to clients and other stakeholders and be expected to become well acquaintedwith EEN policy, procedures and practices to guide and advise colleagues.

This post will be fixed term until 31 December 2018.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a customer facing role and have a background of project and/or event management with a minimum of 5 A-C GCSE passes or equivalent.

They will be IT literate and able to demonstrate experience of recording and monitoring financial and project data to meet regular reporting and audit needs.

Other essential requirements include an ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, be self-motivated and well organized and have experience of modern marketing techniques, including social media-based marketing.
