NEACO Project Administrator

Applications are invited for the post of Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco) Project Administrator. The post holder will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and secretarial support to the neaco project, including assisting in financial processing, data collection, coordination of events, and minute taking where required.

This post is created as part of the National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP), a Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) funded project which aims to increase the number of young people from low participation neighbourhoods entering higher education by 2020. As part of this national project, the University of Cambridge is acting as the lead for a consortium of Higher Education Institutions and other stakeholders across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

The post holder will report to one of two neaco Project Coordinators, and work closely with fellow neaco Central team members to ensure that efficient administrative processes are in place to ensure the smooth running of the project. The post holder will be expected to develop a good operational understanding of the project throughout the region in order to provide information to internal and external enquirers.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 December 2018 in the first instance.
