Senior Admissions & Conversion Officer

Contract Type: 2 x Full Time, Permanent

Location: City Centre Campus

Our new Senior Admissions and Conversion Officers will support the Head of Admissions and the Admissions Manager with the delivery of the Admissions service to agreed deadlines and timescales. You will be responsible for the operational day to day activities of a team of Admissions and Conversion Officers who assist in processing in excess of 37,000 applications per cycle. You will be required to distribute workloads and manage performance effectively to ensure that the expectations of the service are met.

You will possess a self-managing and achievement orientated work style and will be able to quickly problem solve to ensure an exceptional level of service from the wider team.

You will play a leading role in ensuring the team supports Marketing & Communications departmental and University-wide recruitment strategies to help achieve recruitment targets.

You will be joining an ambitious Marketing and Communications team, responsible for attracting students to study with us at a hugely exciting period in the Birmingham City University story. We are a major part of the transformation of Birmingham, with a £260 million investment in two superb campuses right at the heart of this great city.
