The University of Warwick Library is in a really exciting phase of development. Building on the work undertaken in our Learning Grids and Teaching Grid, the Research Exchange and Postgraduate Hub, we have developed new teams responsible for growing Community Engagement with Warwick’s teaching, learning and research communities, and to complement work undertaken by our Academic Support Librarians.

This role underpins the success of our Community Engagement activities. We are looking for an imaginative person who can help turn ideas into action, with an impressive track record in service delivery. You will have at least two years’ experience of studying in Higher Education or equivalent and have recent experience of working in a front-line, customer-focused academic support role, preferably within an appropriate educational institution, ideally working with undergraduate and teaching communities. You must have a great track record in service delivery and be a confident user of presentation and multimedia technologies and social media. You should also possess strong relationship-building skills as we need you to be a highly effective team player and confident at networking. We need someone who has experience of small group teaching/one to one support and who is adaptable and resourceful in meeting the demands and priorities of the service.
