Our Department of Strategic Management and Marketing offers programmes to more than 2,500 students. And we’ve recently launched our Centre for Enterprise and Innovation to make sure that we’re offering excellent teaching and research. . The Vice-Chancellor’s lectureships aim to enable individuals to grow and develop in their area of expertise in a fully supported teaching and research environment.

VC2020 roles are predominately aimed at early career academics. We’re looking for an individual who has a portfolio of research activities that offer realistic prospect of publication in international refereed journals. You’ll be part of developing our existing research strengths, as well as broadening the department's research interests. Ideally your research portfolio should revolve around areas of consumer behaviour, branding, digital/social media marketing, strategic marketing, and marketing communications.
