As an IT Business Partner you will;

Build trust with Colleges and Professional Services and promote the value of IT services, investments and capabilities. It will be an advocate on behalf of the Colleges and Professional Services, understanding and challenging their strategies and plans, and ensuring IT services meets their needs.

You will be able to demonstrate;

  • Recent experience of delivering IT changes and services in a commercial environment, demonstrating business acumen, balancing financial, quality, people and customer expectations.
  • Experience of developing influential relationships with external partners and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of the full Experience of the full project life cycle.
  • Experience of monitoring technology performance and driving continual service improvement.

This new leadership role will be core to implementing new services and ways of working within the IT department and across the institution. The successful applicant will bring a proven track record in leading and influencing change within a large, complex and agile environment, with the ability to contribute positively to organisational development at a strategic level.
