This is a busy, student focused role, working within the Information Governance team, to support the online learning experience for all.  Your job will to make sure that our students, who learn at a distance, can successfully access their eBook and accompanying library and information services.  Your responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating the provision of core texts for online learning resources, including making recommendations.
  • Working with tutors to investigate and record eBook requirements.
  • Developing publisher relationships and ordering books as required.
  • Supporting students and providing guidance.
  • Assisting with Copyright Licensing Agency compliance.

Degree qualified (or equivalent), you must have experience within an information/project management role and be able to liaise with third-party content providers with ease. The understanding and experience of working within an online learning environment is essential, and you must be highly organised, flexible, focused on customer service, and have strong administration and IT skills.
