Research Co-ordinator

(Full time post, available immediately for a fixed-term period until 31st December 2019).

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Research Co-ordinator to join a vibrant and dynamic research team headed by Professor Eneida Mioshi at the School of Health Sciences, University of East Anglia.

Based at the UEA campus, the Research Co-ordinator will be responsible for all aspects of research management (post award) in several projects led by Professor Mioshi.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating project activities such as recruitment (including screening), organising and co-ordinating meetings with internal and external team members, co-ordinating the team’s home visit allocation, promoting studies, all aspects of research governance, management of paper and electronic files, data entry and data management, and supervision of Research Associates with Professor Mioshi’s supervision.

Applicants must have a degree or equivalent level of qualification/experience in a scientific or health-related discipline, and have experience of managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering to deadlines, preferably within a higher education and/or health environment.

The post is subject to an Enhanced criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
