Executive Officer (Quality & Standards)

Based within the Quality and Standards team in Registry, the post-holder will provide support, advice and guidance, and lead projects within this area.  

The post-holder will liaise with and work in partnership with College Quality Officers and College Education Officers to provide advice on areas where processes can be enhanced to improve operations centrally and within schools/colleges, to review the customer service and to recommend areas for continuous improvement.

Liaising with and supporting schools/colleges to manage all aspects of quality assurance processes, the post-holder will provide expert advice on the University’s policies, regulations, quality assurance procedures and processes ensuring that appropriate committees/networks are set up with external stakeholders as required.
