Agricultural education has been at the forefront of Plumpton College for over 90 years. The post of Curriculum Manager is an exciting opportunity to further develop this provision to meet the needs of tomorrow’s agriculturalists and wider food sector employees. Reporting to the Head of Faculty, the Curriculum Manager will lead a dedicated team in delivering the best possible experience to students through consistently good and outstanding teaching standards and services, also working closely with the Farm team. 

The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing a successful team, have extensive specialist knowledge of the Agri-food sector along with a relevant professional and teaching qualification. An excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills, the successful applicant will have good leadership skills and a sound understanding of budgetary management.
