Functional Education Service Manager - Quality Assurance & Programmes

Are you a self-motivated individual who will fairly and equitably deliver, enhance and develop all aspects of quality assurance administration within the Business School for staff and students? Do you have previous experience of leading a team? Do you want to help to shape the delivery of student education within Leeds University Business School? 

We are looking for a professional and creative individual to join the Faculty’s Education Service Management Team to focus on managing and developing the existing quality assurance team, including all aspects of quality assurance, reviews, appeals, complaints, plagiarism and academic integrity, timetabling, accreditation, Leeds curriculum whilst maintaining links with the University and External Examiners.

Flexibility, commitment and ability to change is essential in this role, as the primary objective is to build on and develop existing practice to deliver the end to end processes undertaken within the quality assurance remit, whilst clearly linking with all aspects of student education and the academics within Divisions. The successful applicant will be able to influence, lead and inspire. Experience of working in Higher Education and a knowledge and understanding of student education with a focus on quality assurance and programme support would be an advantage.
