Supporting the Construction and Framework Commercial Manager, the Construction & Framework Surveyor (C&F Surveyor) will be responsible for providing a full range of professional contract and quantity surveying services related to the University's new build and refurbishment capital projects, as part of a transformational capital investment programme.
The C&F Surveyor will be responsible for supporting and developing highly effective controls, insight, performance measurement and value assessments across the capital programme, supporting effective delivery and control of the £1.6bn capital plan, comprising of an extensive number and broad scale of projects on an annual basis, c£150M per annum.
This role would be ideal for individuals with advanced commercial management experience in Construction, who thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment and enjoy bringing the benefit of their experience to deliver added value and continuous improvement.
