As such, it is an exciting time for the Student Recruitment and Marketing team, playing a key role positioning the University, enhancing our reputation and making our voice heard.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the University's acquisition goals through the build and implementation of our CRM strategy for student recruitment. You will be responsible for managing CRM partner relationships, and the management and organisation of a small in-house team. Collaboration with the academic services, web and campaign team will be essential to increase prospect data pools and support the required integrations seamlessly.
To excel in this role, you should be a channel specialist with extensive experience using email marketing platforms like Marketing Cloud, Braze, Hubspot, or equivalent. Your expertise should encompass audience segmentation, creation of nurture journeys, and the crafting of personalized and interactive emails. You will bring these expertise to life in long term strategic planning.
Advanced spreadsheet knowledge in Google Sheets or Excel, and experience with data visualization is advantageous. You should have a proven record of tracking and reporting using analytics packages such as GA, Adobe, Looker, etc. A/B testing experience, and optimization skills for both content-first and direct-response emails are essential.
Resourcefulness, proactiveness, and a keen eye for detail in copywriting are characteristics that will set you apart. As a problem solver with a passion for staying abreast of trends and new initiatives, you should bring substantial experience in a digital role with solid CRM experience.
