Research Associate (Grade 7): £33,966 - £49,794 per annum (promotion to Research Associate upon attainment of PhD)
Job Summary:
The University of Cambridge invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research position focused on cathodoluminescence studies of semiconductors. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and support of the existing cathodoluminescence facility, specialising in variable temperature and picosecond time-resolved cathodoluminescence (TRCL) imaging and spectroscopy.
Additionally, the candidate will engage in cutting-edge research on the application of cathodoluminescence techniques to light-emitting semiconductors, with opportunities to work on solar cell materials and materials for wide bandgap electronic devices.
