University Teacher

We have an exciting opportunity at the AMRC Training Centre for someone with a passion for teaching the next generation of apprentices, by using your teaching skills and experience gained in industry. 

We have a reputation for delivering high quality apprenticeships to apprentices working for multinational aerospace companies, consumer goods companies and food and drink manufacturers as well as small and medium sized companies in our region.  Many of our apprentices have gone on to win national and regional apprenticeship awards and have made a significant contribution to their companies.

You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for high quality curriculum design and teaching by delivering high quality teaching, and utilising your leadership and organisational skills. Educated to degree level in manufacturing or engineering, you will have experience gained in industry and proven teaching ability.  You will be responsible for leading curriculum developments in our Maintenance Engineering degree and HNC programmes, as Programme Lead. 

We are looking for someone with experience of teaching Electrical and Electronic Systems, Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Industry 4.0, and Reliability, Accessibility, Maintainability and Safety.
