INTO Newcastle University are opening applications for highly motivated EAP professionals, to join us on a full-time basis to support our 6 & 10 week Pre-sessional English courses – all delivered in person, at INTO Newcastle University.
A full induction and set of in-house teaching materials are provided for each of the courses.
You will need to be an exceptional teacher, able to provide academic and pastoral support to international students, and preferably have experience of having taught and assessed English for Academic Purposes previously, ideally on a Pre-sessional programmes.
Requirements
Location: INTO Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7RU.
Dates -
6 weeks: Monday 24th June to Friday 6th September 2024 (including a 1-week induction period)
10 weeks: Monday 22nd July to Friday 6th September 2024 (including a 1-week induction period)

Established in 2007, the INTO Newcastle Centre is in the heart of the Newcastle University main campus. The INTO Newcastle Centre is a modern, purpose-built centre providing teaching and learning facilities in a convenient city centre location. As well as contemporary classrooms and fantastic IT facilities, the centre provides other specialist facilities, including two modern science laboratories, an architecture studio and lecture theatres.
In 2019-20, the centre hosted over 1,000 students from over 50 different countries.
With dedicated teaching and support staff, the team provides an outstanding student experience.
