You will contribute to student recruitment for both the ACP apprenticeship and the non-apprenticeship courses. You will act as a personal tutor for ACP students and apprentices, providing pastoral care, and coordinating tri-partite progress reviews, working collaboratively with our key stakeholder organisations to ensure support and high-quality learning experiences for students.

This is a full-time post however we are willing to consider fractional contracts, secondments, and job shares should the post holder wish to maintain clinical practice links

Ideal candidate

You will hold a relevant Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice and be a registrant with an appropriate professional body and be able to demonstrate your credentials in ACP. Although we are open to appointing individuals from a range of clinical specialties, the successful candidate must be able to teach and assess clinical examination across all systems. You will be confident in collaboratively engaging with learners to develop their confidence and competence across the four pillars of advanced practice as well as developing and assessing their academic development and critical inquiry skills.

You will have experience working with learners in practice, designing, and delivering learning opportunities, and have a good understanding of current and evolving clinical, professional, and policy developments in ACP. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills with a willingness to continue developing your scholarly, practice, or academic research profile.
