We are looking for HR Advisors on a fixed-term basis until July 2025. These roles are available immedately. Full or part-time hours are available (0.5-1 FTE).
The roles offer the opportunity for hybrid working, with an average expectation of 2 days per week presence on campus.

We are looking to appoint HR Advisors who are passionate about providing exceptional HR support and advice. We will support you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your HR expertise is valued and developed.
We need you to provide comprehensive and pragmatic HR guidance to line managers and employees across the University on all aspects of HR. Working alongside our HR Partners, you will play an integral role in helping our managers drive high performance and positivity across their teams while ensuring a key focus on staff health and wellbeing.
