Location: Group Role travelling between Selby, Wakefield, and Castleford Colleges.
The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group is seeking to appoint a highly enthusiastic advanced teaching practitioner in the role of a High-Performance Advisor. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching, learning and assessment, digital developments in education and pedagogical research and can support and coach others to develop and hone their practice.
Working within a team of High-Performance Advisors, you will join a driven and dedicated Quality department who are forward thinking in their approach to quality improvement with lots of exciting projects and developments taking shape.
The successful candidate will work across our three College sites, supporting Curriculum areas on their journey to Outstanding. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will continue to teach as part of this role to maintain their own professional practice (up to 0.2 teaching commitment over time)
