We have an exciting opening for an outstanding Employment Relations scholar to join the Human Resource Management & Employment Relations Department at Senior Lecturer or Reader level. This post is open to applicants on the Teaching & Research pathway. You should hold a PhD in a relevant field, have a high-quality track record of publications in leading refereed journals and an impressive research pipeline, and have achieved demonstrable success in education. We particularly welcome applications from black and minority ethnic candidates as they are currently under-represented within the faculty at this level.
The Human Resource Management & Employment Relations Department includes leading scholars in the fields of HRM, Organizational Behaviour and Employment Relations who publish in top-tier journals, generate impact and win funding across these fields.
