A fantastic opportunity for a person looking to develop their strategic marketing / project development skillset. We have a 6-month fixed term strategic marketing and business development role at Colchester Machine Tools, an established, ambitious, forward-thinking business. This is to implement the final 6 months of a Knowledge Transfer Project (KTP).
You will optimise strategic marketing and decision-making within the business and embed long term sustainable strategic growth for this established, ambitious business.

Colchester Machine Tools is a modern, vibrant business based in Elland, West Yorkshire, supplying a very traditional component of the manufacturing industry – machine tools.

The role
This 6-month project will see you work with senior management and teams across the business and have the support of an outstanding multi-disciplinary academic team from Leeds Beckett University to:
The role will provide the post-holder with wide-ranging and senior level experience, reporting at director level and working with people across the business.
The person
The role will suit a candidate with a strong marketing / business management / leadership background and degree and the post-holder will be well supported by academic experts at Leeds Beckett.
