The Programme Teaching Materials Administrator will coordinate the delivery of digital teaching materials for a portfolio of accredited programmes. This role involves close collaboration with teaching Faculty, cross-departmental teams and key stakeholders to ensure the flawless delivery of digital resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to produce and maintain digital reading lists, ensuring compliance with copyright legislation and University policies.
  • Administer the virtual learning environment, including creating course sites, formatting content for accessibility and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Manage procurement processes for necessary resources, including copyright licenses and permissions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, Faculty, and internal stakeholders on teaching materials-related queries.

You must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively engage with various stakeholders and adapt communication styles as necessary. You should also demonstrate a high level of IT literacy and technical aptitude, coupled with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
