We are looking for a Statutory Returns Analyst to support our student data returns to HESA. This role is offered on a grade UE06, and is available on a full-time open ended basis.
The Opportunity:
The team are building on the success of the first year of HESA’s Data Futures programme and the role holder will have the opportunity to help shape the approach to the delivery of statutory returns. As a result, the post-holder should embrace change and enjoy working with a continuous improvement mindset. The role requires a strong aptitude for IT generally, the ability to overcome challenges whilst being comfortable with learning and becoming expert in new technologies and processes.
You will likely already have had a role in higher education and have knowledge of student data and the student lifecycle. However, the right aptitudes are more important than years of experience in the higher education sector. You will be able to get to grips with the detail quickly and have experience analysing and applying quality assurance to large and complex data sets.
