We are seeking an experienced, initiative-taking administrator, confident in managing a team and able to provide exceptional professional administrative support for the Department of Meteorology within the School of Mathematical, Physical and Computational Sciences (SMPCS).
Reporting to the Executive Administration Manager (EAM), you will be joining the School’s experienced Executive Support Administration team and will be supported in your role by friendly and approachable colleagues. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an adaptable and flexible mindset, possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a harmonious working environment for the team consisting of four direct reports.
The Executive Support Officer role is part-time, 28.8 hours weekly and based at Whiteknights campus and details of the day-to-day activities can be found in the Job Description.

Initially, this is a fixed term contract until end December 2025 with a potential to extend, dependent on business needs.
