About the Role

Morley College London is looking to appoint a team of invigilators to join the Exams team on an hourly-paid basis. If successful you would be working in a small team to cover a wide variety of exams and assessments  and facilitating access arrangements within an exams setting, such as being a reader for a learner who needs one, such as being a reader for a learner who needs one at the College. These exams could take place at any of Morley’s teaching locations, but would mainly happen at our Chelsea, North Kensington and Waterloo locations.

The position is ideally suited to punctual, calm, organized, responsible and approachable individuals, with good communication skills.  Experience of working in the education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.  Support and training will be given to successful candidates by Morley’s Exam’s Officers which sit within the MIS team, based across our centres.

You will be required to conduct exams in accordance with the Joint Council of Qualifications (JCQ) regulations, and any other regulations specific to the exams/assessments being run.

Please note that you will be required to have a DBS check if you are successful in your application as you will be in contact with both young people and vulnerable adults in the course of your duties.
