The role
The Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering (SAgE) is seeking an exceptional Project Coordinator to support the university's electrification ambitions and strategy, and to initially support the Strategic Project Manager in the development and delivery of strategic projects in the field of electrification.
As Project Coordinator you will provide professional administrative support to the University's electrification projects including IESAM, the National Battery Training and Skills Project and the development of the Electrification Process Innovation Centre project and consortium, working as part of a team supporting the development and success of the project. You will have experience of working effectively with a wide range of colleagues, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and of effectively organising meetings.
Previous project coordination experience is essential as your role will involve attending project meetings both internal and external, maintaining project reports, as well as attending project meetings, recording minutes and actions.
The post is available full time, on a fixed term basis until March 2025.
