From webinars and networking sessions to conferences to international chapter events, our portfolio of events engages thousands of participants each year and is key to our wider Engagement Strategy. We are looking for an organised, adaptable and dedicated Events Assistant to join our small and busy team and help us deliver these activities for our alumni, supporters and students.

You will have a passion for delivering high-quality events and will be keen to help with event organisation, marketing, on-the-day delivery, and post-event follow up and reporting.

You will have:

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and development.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach.
  • Excellent written and fluent spoken English.
  • Confidence in using IT including Zoom, and MS Word, Excel and Teams.
