Customer Service Advisors (Part-time roles available up to 24 hours per week)

Salary on appointment will be £22,672 per annum (pro rata). 

Exciting opportunities have arisen for Customer Service Advisors to join the UEA Sportspark.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to all customers entering the Sportspark. 

From answering any enquiries both in person and over the phone to making bookings and selling memberships, as part of the team, you will work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring all customers receive the best service. 

You will have GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above) in English and Mathematics or experience in a directly transferrable role. If you meet all the essential criteria in the Candidate Brochure, we would love to hear from you!

These posts are available immediately on an indefinite basis and various part-time hours are available up to 24 hours per week. Please state in your application how many hours you are looking for.
