An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join Student Experience & Engagement and support students as part of our Student Disability and Inclusion service.
As a Student Disability and Inclusion Support Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering specialist disability support for students to help ensure they are able to access all aspects of university life.
Working closely with the Disabled Student Inclusion Team Leader and a team of Student Disability and Inclusive Support Coordinators, you will have responsibility for specific support areas but will also work as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of all support. The support programmes include, but would not be limited to:
The role will combine both project work as well as the opportunity to work directly with students. You will work as part of our Student Disability and Inclusion team and will need to build relationships effectively with a range of internal and external partners.

Please note that occasional weekend working is required to support University events such as, Open Days, Welcome events, transition to university activities and graduation.
The role can accommodate hybrid working in line with the needs of the service, but please be aware that a full-time member of staff would usually work 3 days on campus and 2 days remotely. The role involves working in an open-plan office when on campus.
