Summary of the role
An opportunity is available within the Internal Communications team for an experienced communications professional to use their skills and creativity to help set the strategic and operational internal communications direction within each of the University’s academic faculties.
This post is a fixed term appointment for 6-9 months maternity cover.
The successful person will be required to work closely with senior faculty stakeholders to ensure effective internal communication strategies, plans and campaigns are delivered at a local level and will use their skills and knowledge to support each faculty to successfully establish and maintain a regular cycle of internal communications.
To deliver this role you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other colleagues and teams, the ability to manage a busy and demanding workload effectively and have a background in creating communications across a range of channels.
