About the role

Are you a Design, Branding or creative communications expert with teaching experience?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer on our BA (Hons) Advertising and Brand Design course. The role is offered on a fractional (0.6) basis or 3 days per week.

Our award-winning multidisciplinary course examines areas of strategic branding, design and advertising communications. 

It’s a great time to join Ravensbourne, our course is taught in a dynamic studio in our brand-new building located in the Greenwich Peninsula. You will lead Level 4 and have input into the overall course content, designing, planning, and assessing modules.

You will also help market the course to prospective students and forge industry links to continue developing the course and student prospects. Our students ‘learn with industry’ engaging with professional practice to explore real-world problems, commercial briefs and successfully entering industry on graduation.

Our Lecturers are a valuable part of our team, they receive support from a range of industry professionals, with great connections to the wider Advertising and Branding industry.

About You

You are…

• A designer and strategic thinker with expertise in strategic design
• A brand builder with experience of visual communications
• Broad industry connections
• Experienced in using Adobe Creative suite.
• Degree qualification in a design, communications or advertising related subject
