You will be required to provide Academic Skills and EAP services in the form of tutorials and larger workshops embedded within the curriculum. You will also work closely with Bath-based campuses to ensure the offer at the London teaching site aligns with the larger teaching and learning strategy of the university.

This is a new role in a growing programme of diverse learners and as such you will need be agile, collaborative and creative in your approach to developing the provision. You will be self-motivated and be able to work well within and across teams, welcoming change as we adapt and grow with new student populations and courses.

You will couple this understanding with sound knowledge of pedagogical principles, academic discourse, systemic language knowledge and discourse analysis relating to teaching and learning and be able to use this expertise to develop effective teaching strategies that embrace cultural difference in the classroom and address potential barriers.
If you bring the above skills and genuinely care about helping unique student populations reach their educational goals, we invite you to apply to become part of our team.
