The opportunity
Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst looking to provide 2nd line support in a large enterprise environment?
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT Support Services. With a can-do attitude, you’ll play a vital role in supporting users both remotely and desk-side, with most of your work being escalated from our IT Service Desk. You’ll support both staff and student computers providing a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests, as well as engaging with projects.
This role will suit an experienced Support Analyst looking to expand their skill set within a large environment.
Though you’ll be based at London College of Communication there may be occasional travel to other UAL sites.
