The Campus Planning team is one of five broad teams in the Estates Directorate. Within Campus Planning the Engagement, Process and Systems team (EPS) is responsible for Customer Engagement, Business Processes and Systems to deliver a robust and consistent approach to stakeholder engagement and operational/business processes across the Estates Directorate.
The Business Process team within EPS is tasked with supporting the departments within Estates with the delivery of their departmental standard processes and their interface with Estates Standard Operating Processes such as P2P (suppliers, ordering, receipting and invoicing), journalling and basic finance operations and budget reporting/tracking. The team owns and maintains the Estates Standard Operating Processes. The team also owns the reporting tools for Board reporting within Estates and co-ordinates Estates wide reporting.
