Faculty Manager

We are seeking a Faculty Manager to play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of teaching across Bird Conservatoire. You will help maintain consistent delivery across our programmes, providing the operational support that underpins our training.

Working closely with the programme team, you will oversee the operational arrangements that support teaching delivery and respond effectively when issues arise. This is a hands-on role requiring sound judgement and a proactive approach, with a clear focus on maintaining continuity and minimising disruption to the student experience. 

We are particularly interested in candidates with an understanding of teaching or training operations within a structured environment and experience of working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments requiring rapid decision-making. You will bring experience of using data and operational insight to inform decision-making and improve processes, together with strong organisational capability and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.

Hours per week: 35 hours

Holiday: 30 days per annum, plus bank holidays and closure days at Christmas

DBS check: This role may be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
