You can also take part in many coastal activities in the area, join the yacht and marine clubs or relax on one of the many beaches at Moon Bay. The city is full of surprises. It is at the forefront of volunteering with over 500,000 volunteers. It is also the youngest city to hold the Universiade World Student Games.

The Shenzhen region has a rich culture that stretches back over 5,000 years and areas of natural beauty, including the Mangrove Nature Reserve, Lotus Hill Park and Dapeng Peninsula.
