This role offers an exciting opportunity to offer executive support to the Vice-Chancellor and to manage and lead a high quality professional administrative service.

You will be expected to ensure the efficient organisation of all matters relating to the Executive including all support arrangements to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, the Pro Vice-Chancellors, the Secretary and Registrar, the Deputy Secretary and Registrar and the Head of Policy.

Self-motivated, highly organised and educated to degree level or equivalent with well-developed managerial, administrative and IT skills, you will be keen to further develop your career in a dynamic environment. You will have significant people management experience in a high profile environment and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be equally comfortable dealing with immediate tasks and handling longer term projects.
