The School of Health Sciences is looking to appoint a Student Experience Co-ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with all aspects of student experience across the School.

This post will provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination of activities and initiatives associated with the student experience for the School.

The role holder will support the Senior Operations Manager (Education and Facilities) and the Director of Education and Student Experience in the planning and implementation of systems and processes to continually improve the service provided. This will include:

  • Provision of a portfolio of events initiatives and activities
  • Internal communication
  • Support student networks in collaboration with the Students’ Union
  • Student feedback
  • Student complaints

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of relevant experience demonstrating skills such as:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to problem solve creatively
  • Experience of working closely with undergraduate students and an understanding of their needs
  • Experience of planning small and large-scale events for and with students.

The post is offered on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
