Brunel University London is looking to recruit a Business Database and Communications Officer to join the Engagement Strategy and Support Unit. Brunel University London has an External Engagement Strategy which focusses on developing our business, community and public engagement. The Engagement Strategy and Support Unit work to ensure the successful delivery of the strategy by coordinating, supporting and delivering activity and communications.
Your main responsibility will be to maintain and develop the institutional business contacts database (which runs on Salesforce), ensuring that it provides effective support for Brunel University London’s plans to coordinate and deliver effective business engagement activities.
Additional responsibilities include developing and coordinating internal and external digital communications to our target audiences, including the highly successful “What’s On Guide” and developing the business services web pages and associated lead generation processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a pro-active candidate with strong digital and system development skills to get involved with, and shape, a new and exciting team at Brunel.
