Estates is responsible for providing and managing all of the Open University's land and premises across its National and Regional Centres.
Your duties will include dealing with incoming requests via the telephone, investigating queries or following up with Estates colleagues. Your strong sense of customer care and excellent telephone skills will be invaluable in providing a responsive, efficient and helpful standard of service. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the database of approved contractors, participation in operating a reception facility for booking in on-site contractors and dealing with visitors.
A strong customer-focus, enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to be flexible in your duties are essential in this role. Previous database management system experience is desirable, but full training and support on the systems will be provided.
