The Agricultural Engineering Discipline at Zhejiang University is seeking applicants for multiple tenure-track faculty positions at all levels in the broad areas of agricultural and/or bio-systemsengineering (ABE). The successful candidate for this position will develop a nationally and internationally recognized research and teaching program in ABE.

The Agricultural EngineeringDiscipline operates prestigious national funded discipline/laboratory and research programs in the area of agricultural and bio-systems engineering, such as the National Key Discipline of Agricultural Mechanization, the Key Laboratory of the Agricultural Ministry. The agricultural engineering discipline was evaluated as one of two A+ disciplines overall in the National Discipline Evaluation in 2017. Aligned with the strength and expertise of ABE, areas of prior interests include but not limited to, intelligent agricultural equipment and robots, precision and information agriculture, Environmental Controlled Agriculture, waste treatment and biomaterial utilization, sensors and big data, and etc.
Ideal candidates must have earned a PhD with ideally one or more years of professional experience in above related fields. Applicants should provide curriculum vitae that include: 1) cover letter, 2) names and contact information of three references, and 3) three representative publications in PDF.
