The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of teaching on two masters programmes in the Centre of Medical Ethics and Law. This includes moral theory as well as medical ethics and requires subject knowledge in ethical or wider philosophical issues concerning mental ill health. The Centre of Medical Law and Ethics was the first of its kind in the United Kingdom and is an international leader in research and teaching within the field. The post is funded by a Wellcome Trust award investigating 'Mental Health and Justice' and the appointee will have the opportunity to engage with its activities. For details see the job pack.

The selection process will include a panel interview.

Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

Full-time from August 2019.
